Supportive & Complementary Therapies

Selected supportive therapies integrated into a broader health and healthy ageing strategy when medically appropriate.

Supportive and complementary therapies may be integrated into a broader health and healthy ageing strategy when medically appropriate.

At CHAT, selected modalities may include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), molecular hydrogen (H₂) and photobiomodulation (PBM/red light therapy).

These therapies are intended to complement — not replace — established medical care, physical activity, nutrition, restorative sleep, mental wellbeing and appropriate preventive screening.

Depending on the individual and the therapy selected, they may be considered to support areas such as recovery, tissue health, cellular function and overall wellbeing.

Each therapy is considered individually based on the patient’s medical history, objectives, available scientific evidence, potential risks and applicable regulations.

Our philosophy is simple: build strong foundations first, then selectively add complementary therapies when they may provide meaningful value.
