Musculoskeletal and pain management is a core focus of the clinic, including medical consultations, musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided injections, corticosteroid injections when appropriate, PRP and selected regenerative treatments.

CHAT also offers physician-led medical aesthetics and regenerative medicine, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial rejuvenation and PRP for the face and hair.

Our Services

1. MUSCULOSKELETAL & PAIN MANAGEMENT

Medical Consultation

Comprehensive assessment of joint, tendon, muscle, and spine-related pain, including symptoms and medical history, to determine appropriate treatment options.

Ultrasound Assessment & Guided Injections

Ultrasound may be used to assess musculoskeletal conditions and guide targeted injections with greater precision. Treatment options may include cortisone, PRP, and other regenerative treatments when clinically appropriate.

Electrocautery Procedures

Minor skin procedures using electrocautery may be offered for skin tags, selected warts and keratoses, cherry angiomas, and xanthelasma following medical assessment.

2. AESTHETIC & REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

Neuromodulators

Neuromodulator injections may be used to temporarily reduce muscle activity responsible for facial expression lines. These treatments can help soften dynamic wrinkles and contribute to a more relaxed, natural appearance. Neuromodulators may also be used for axillary hyperhidrosis to help reduce excessive underarm sweating.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers may be used to restore facial volume, improve contours, and soften certain wrinkles. Fillers may also enhance the lips or cheekbones and can be combined with neuromodulators when clinically appropriate.

Exosomes

Exosome-based therapies aim to support cellular communication and regeneration. They may be incorporated into aesthetic skin rejuvenation or hair restoration treatments where clinically appropriate and permitted by applicable regulatory requirements.

Laser Treatments & Medical Devices

Non-ablative laser technologies and other medical devices may be used for facial rejuvenation and to improve skin texture, tone, and overall appearance, including the treatment of certain acne scars. Mesotherapy delivery devices may also be used for targeted aesthetic skin or scalp treatments when clinically appropriate.

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma)

PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood and re-injected to support natural regenerative processes. In aesthetic care, PRP may be used for facial rejuvenation and to improve skin quality, as well as for hair restoration, including androgenetic hair loss, based on individual clinical assessment.

3. AGE MANAGEMENT & PREVENTIVE MEDICINE

Preventive & Healthy Ageing Assessment

Comprehensive medical assessment focused on prevention, healthy ageing, and long-term wellness. Evaluation may include medical history, laboratory testing, biomarkers, and individualized health goals.

Lifestyle, Nutrition & Nutraceuticals

Individualized guidance may include lifestyle and nutrition strategies, as well as selected natural health products and nutraceuticals when appropriate, based on clinical assessment and individual needs.

Peptide Therapies

Peptide-based approaches may be considered when medically appropriate and permitted by applicable regulatory requirements as part of an individualized health and healthy ageing strategy.

Complementary Technologies

Evidence-informed supportive therapies may include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), molecular hydrogen (H₂), photobiomodulation (PBM)/laser, and other complementary technologies when appropriate.
